Important Message For Upcoming Iditarod Trail Committee Election: Please Read!

Dear Iditarod Trail Committee Members,

It is very unfortunate that the mailing house neglected to include the ballot envelope with the ballot information that was mailed to you last Tuesday (May 12, 2009).

The Iditarod Trail Committee will be sending you corrected election materials shortly.  We ask that you use only those  materials (in the new mailing) for voting in the 2009 Iditarod Board of Directors election. The colors on the ballot envelope (blue) and the return mailing envelope (red) are different in this mailing. We will not count any ballots that come in envelopes other than those contained in this mailing. So please disregard all materials from the preceding mailing.

If you have already mailed your ballot in a substitute envelope, it will not be counted.  It is imperative that you vote using only those materials included in the upcoming mailing.

Any questions, feel free to contact Joanne Potts at the ITC Headquarters, 907-352-2203 or jpotts@iditarod.com

Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Jim Palin,

Secretary,

Iditarod Trail Committee
